By downloading, installing, or using the Mirivo Health mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mirivo Health ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. GLP-1 receptor agonist medications are prescription-only drugs and must be used under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are using or considering GLP-1 medications under proper medical guidance.
Mirivo Health is a health and wellness companion application. The App is not a medical device, is not registered as a medical device with any regulatory authority, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
The App uses artificial intelligence to provide features including but not limited to:
All AI-generated content is informational only and is not intended to be diagnostic, prescriptive, or a replacement for clinical judgment. AI-generated body measurements (including estimated body fat percentage, muscle mass, and other body composition metrics) are approximate estimates produced by AI vision models and are not clinical-grade measurements. They should not be used for medical decision-making.
The Care Team feature allows communication with assigned health coaches and care team members via messaging and voice calls. This feature is not an emergency medical service. Do not use Care Team communication for medical emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
The App includes automated escalation alerts that use pattern detection algorithms to flag potential health concerns (such as prolonged side effects, inadequate nutrition intake, or significant weight changes). These alerts are automated pattern detection based on your logged data and are not real-time medical monitoring. They may not detect all concerning patterns and should not be relied upon as a substitute for regular medical check-ups.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all health data you input into the App, including but not limited to weight logs, medication logs, meal logs, mood and side effect entries, body photos, and chat messages.
By using the App, you grant Mirivo Health a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purposes of:
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide. Inaccurate health data may result in inappropriate AI-generated recommendations. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate user-provided data.

Mirivo Health is a paid subscription service. Access to the care team, AI health companion, daily check-in calls, and all premium features requires an active subscription. The current subscription plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will need to manually purchase a new plan when your current subscription expires. We will notify you before your plan expires.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details, including provisions for exceptional circumstances such as billing errors or duplicate charges.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated data), are owned by Mirivo Health. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mirivo Health, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. You may exercise this right through the Profile screen within the App or by contacting us at the email address provided below. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
Mirivo Health shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or disruptions to third-party services on which the App depends. During any such period, our obligations shall be suspended, and the subscription period shall not be extended unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via your registered email address. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before resorting to litigation.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mirivo Health regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
