All payments made towards Mirivo Health subscription plans are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Mirivo Health offers the following subscription plans:
Each plan includes access to a dedicated endocrinologist, doctor, nutritionist, daily fitness sessions, and the AI health companion for the full duration of the plan.
You may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of your current plan period. No further charges will be applied once the subscription expires.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current plan's fees. Your access to the care team and premium features will continue until the end of your paid subscription period.
Mirivo Health subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will need to manually purchase a new plan when your current subscription expires. We will notify you before your plan expires so that you can renew without interruption if you choose to continue.
In rare cases involving billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues preventing access to the service entirely, please contact us at help@mirivohealth.com. We will review such cases individually and may, at our sole discretion, offer a resolution.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Mirivo Health does not directly store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
